When you attend an Insight Revenue event or program, visit our websites (insightrevenue.com) or social media sites, and/or provide us your information through our Get in Touch page, email or in any other way via our newsletters, webinars, diagnostic tools, surveys, etc., we will process your information to provide our Services.

Your employer and third parties, such as our partners, may also provide us information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, country, city and company name. We automatically collect information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies and other technologies, such as domain name, browser type, device, pages or screens you view, links you click, your IP address and geolocation, when and the length of time you visit or use our Services and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. We will not sell or share your information or information with third parties (other than our subsidiaries or Affiliates) for their own promotional or marketing purposes unless you give us consent to do so and where permitted by applicable law.If you are a California resident, then under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83 you may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
